| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Tap. Light grain note for the malt, moderate lemon for the hops, light to moderate dough for the yeast, with a hint of spiciness. Head is small, fizzy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear light amber. Flavor starts lightly acidic and a bit tart, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, watery with a lively carbonation and a lightly astringent finish. Lighter in some respects to other Belgian Ales, but a well crafted easy drinking beer.

Fruity, very lightly spicy aroma. Medium to full-bodied with dancing carbonation. Sweet, fruity flavor with a nice mineral bitterness that almost balances it out. Minerally, modestly bitter finish.
