On draft at Corner Cafe. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Nose is malt, caramel, earthy hops, and bitter citrus with the slight scent of sweet apricot flesh. Flavor is sweet malts with citrus, honey, tropical fruit, and miscellaneous bitter hops. Light bodied for a Double IPA. Interesting IIPA, a bit on the sweet side.

Served up on tap with breakfast at the Corner Café with deep clear copper body and white head. The modest aroma offers up malts and pine hops as well as some citrus hops around the edges. The taste hits first with a pulse of sweet malts and then quickly turns into malt sweetened pine and citrus hop flavor. Toward midway the hop bitterness ramps up to a pretty decent level for an IPA but rather timid for the stated style. Sessionable IIPA.

Tap… Cloudy, light golden ale with a small, big-bubbled, white head. The bouquet is very hoppy and fruity – tangerine, orange and grapefruit. Full-bodied and oily with prickly carbonation. A hefty pale malt backbone plays second fiddle to grapefruit and tangerine rind bitterness. Crisp, astringent, bitter finish.
