Draft… Clear, dark, burnt-orange ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. The malty, bready, earthy bouquet is of biscuit, chocolate, caramel, grapefruit and pine. Medium to full-bodied with restrained carbonation. The flavor offers biscuit, cocoa and earthy, tannic bitterness. Finishes bready and medium to heavily bitter. Deceptive ABV. I guessed 5.5%... and I was wrong.
