10/30/2007: It’s a wonder that they are actually serving this abomination of beer. Organic or not, it is really earthy and quite strange. It’s actually very difficult to describe how weird this beer smells and tastes. On top of that, it’s thin and watery on the palate. Very unusual overall and not very drinkable. Anything more than the sample wound have been poured out. It was difficult enough just to get down the sample!
