Although one of our most challenging to make, this is an easy to drink cider having a smooth, delicate fruit flavour with a gentle refreshing sparkle.
Recommended to serve with seafood (shellfish, white fish). Best served lightly chilled.

500ml bottle. Clear very pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma and taste of sourish pear & apple, sweetish with some vanilla notes and tartness. Slight syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
