A popular and refreshing cider with a clean, crisp fruity taste. Made from selected sharp, sweet and bitter sweet apples. Fermented using natural yeasts and lightly sparkled.

Orangey colour. Slight haze. Loose bubbly head. Not very sparkling - just a light prickle. Fruity aroma with a slight "rotten" edge (not in a bad way). Sweetish on the palate with lots of fruit remaining even though this bottle was a few years old. Modest tannins hold things together so it doesn’t too sticky. Pleasant easy drinking stuff if not the most challenging cider.
