Bottle 500ml. clear glass.

Clear medium to light dark yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is still. [20111211]

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma is very light, but has notes of vinegar and apples. The flavor is sweet and acidic and is dominated by apples, leading toa tart finish.

Golden with a small white head. Juicy apple aroma with a hint of funk. Medium sweet apple flavour with a bit of tartness, and a hint of sulphur

Bottle at Bir&Fud Beershop. Clear golden - no head.  Apples. Dryness. Light wooden notes. Light pear notes. Fruity. High apples. Nice. 

Bottle @ Bir und Fud Beerstore, Rome. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly head. Dry and refreshing. Red and green apples. Ends very dry. Tasty.

From the Bottle at Tom’s Ultimate Glasgow Tasting, Blackfriars 01/12/2007 Fruity apple aroma. Golden coloured with some sour fruit flavour. Crisp and slightly dry finish.

Bottle at Toms Ultimate Glasgow Tasting : Poured a clear golden color. The aroma and taste was fresh apples, finished sweet.

Bottled at ultimate glasgow tasting. Aroma is decent, yet sweet apples. Taste is slightly spicey, cider apples, over ripe and a decent hopney sweetness. An easy drinking beast.

Beautiful golden color, still. Nice aroma of ripe yellow apples. Very strange mouthfeel, velvety and dry at the same time, very astringent, and even bitter at the end. Difficult but interesting.
