COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled only - available in 330ml & 500ml bottles.
This immensely refreshing cider has a light champagne sparke with fruity apple tones and a long-dry finish. The creative blend of bittersweet and dessert apples impart this classic cider with body and crispness. Serve chilled as instant refreshment or enjoy with a hot bowl of pasta.

Shortlived white head on clear, deep-golden fluid. Dried apples, applecake, but also fresh crabapples. Herbal, near-bitterish flavour, applepeel from harvest apples. Quite astringent MF, dry, but with CO² sparkle.Nice cider, interesting find in an unlikely place (Dille & Kamille).

Maakun (490) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 12, 2014
Clear golden with no head, very lively and fizzy. Light apple, white wine, fresh bakers yeast, light spices and wood. Taste is light sweet balanced with a good dryness and hint of bitter. Light mouthfeel. I'm not very experienced with cider, but this is very nicely balanced between sweet and dry and has a fresh apple taste which makes it more light and fresh than cloying. Nice stuff.

Has the nose of a very mainstream regular pub cider. Very fizzy to look at. Has a touch more flavour than expected, but fairly run of the mill. Nice enough.

500ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a short lived white foam head and aroma of apple, musty. Sweetish tangy apple flavour, with some apple skin, wood, vanilla and tartness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish with alittle tannin. Quite drinkable.
