COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Autumn’s first ripe apple signifies the beginning of our cider making year. We create our intriguing and delicious ciders by working harmoniously with the seasons, using 100 % fresh pressed juice and the best traditional cider making practices.
A connoisseur’s cider, medium dry and lightly sparkling created from apples elected for their soft tannins and traditional flavour. This classic is cider matured over the winter months to bestow vintage qualities.

I usually don’t rate cider but benzai insisted. Looks like water with a little bit wine. Smells like wine. Tastes like it. Apples. Stuff. Sour. Bleh. Bad champagne. Water.

2012 Vintage. Bottle split with Kraddel. I drank most of it. 2012 Vintage. Procured from CiderCider. Clear sparkling golden with no head. Lots of ripe apple, touch sweet apple juice, hay, light forest-like note. Taste is sweet sparkling apple juice, lighter than usual, very mineral, quite boozy for what it is, faint oak & lots of alcohol in the finish. Sparkling body, easy. Okay but too boozy.

50cl bottle from Tesco, Camberley - Vintage 2012. A really pale straw colour with light carbonation; crisp apple aroma; good apple taste, with a touch of sourness and some stewed tea tannins; then a dry finish. Good stuff.

Bottle from Tsco, Eastbourne. Shared with McTapps. Nice nose of apples, bit grass, cereals. Taste it dominated by apples, lemons and a bit of honey. Ends dry, sour, bit sweetish. Not a bad one offering some alcohol in the end.
