This is slightly better than a regular american domestic. I don't understand why people will pay a premium price for it.

Marketing, marketing, marketing!!! Smells like piss. Probably tastes worse. I don't get the appeal.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2003 Sunny limpid yellow color. Not much aroma beside corn. Extremely light taste in a watery texture, I was surprised to hear there exists a light version. Lack of body, but i'd accept one for its refreshing characteristics after an intense basketball game.

I tried it with and without lime. With and without salt. And I am sorry to report that even WITH lime and WITH salt it still did not have any 'good' taste. It just seems like aromated water. Not a good drink.

A fine drink if you are lying around in a tropical paradise filled with magestic sunsets and gorgeous women. Outside of this setting, however, this drink can get ugly. Use a lime at least.

Very poor example of a rather vapid style. To say this beer has no aroma would be a compliment. This beer has negative aroma characteristics. I smell wet hay and maybe a saddle too. The appearance is yellow and very fizzy. The flavor is not much better than the aroma, tiny bit of hops. At least with a lime in the bottle you get the fresh taste of a lime. Yuck!

little bit waterly, but nice on a hot day served very cold, very refreshing.

Corona, its light, easy and smooth, strong corn flaivor, lingering on and on after a few, not bad if you buy it cheap for home use, I would never bust a bank for it at trendy clubs or at a restaurant where you will get a better beer (do it in the summer outside your house)

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2007 I had Corona years ago and was struck by the skunky taste. Had another recently at a friend’s place (only beer there) and was pleasantly surprised. Some lager character, light hops, corn taste (from adjunct, not DMS) - a decent beer.

Water-like beer. Drink it only if someone threatens you with a shotgun and you really want to live. Be SURE that you want to live before trying this shit.
