It’s refreshing and smooth, but it’s not a good beer in my opinion. 007lund hit the nail on the head: it doesn’t taste like beer and that’s because girls like it. Much better with lemon. (In Spain is called Coronita)

Well, Colpitts and I were just out and I tried this and Sol for the first time. The aroma points are mainly because the beer was served with a lime and the ’aroma’ of the beer was somewhat masked. When I couldnt taste the lime, a bit of raunchy beer taste would tickle the tastebuds. Does go good with the dry taste of beef nachos, as Colpitts also said.

I don’t think this beer and warm weather go together. As this beer warms up it tastes like $hi&.

yes this needs to be consumed in the hot sun down on the beach. dont try to have it as a nice drink with dinner because it will fail miserably.

Too bad. I think the beer could be acceptable if it was comsumed a land with the same climatic region. the beer will be less repulsive is you drink it with a lemon squeezed down in the bottle.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2003 This isnt a great beer but its not a bad drink at a baseball game. I dont get the hype of the expense of this beer..its not that spectacular. But it has a good, smooth flavor, but it lacks in aroma and taste if not chilled.

Popular amongst girls who don’t like beer, and for good reason: Doesn’t taste like beer. With a lime, somewhat tolerable. But, there’s no point in buying this ’beer’ because even with the lime, it still doesn’t taste like beer. More like water with barley flavoring. The best thing this has going for it is girls love it, so if you’re looking to entertain females, keep some handy.
