Powertrip (65), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 1, 2008 One thing I like about Corona is its freshness and unique character. It is light and breezy on the nose with hints of sea foam and maybe even agave? The colour is coastal and clear, very inviting if you are sitting on a beach. Flavour is full of refreshment and thrist quench. There is nothing really quality here except this. In this case however, its what makes Corona an occasional treat. Palate is the only thing I can’t stand. Overally buzzy and finishes fizzy.
Enjoy Corona for where it can take your mind on a cold and stressful day, or a gorgeous hot summer one.
beerdad (45), Kansas, USA Sep 4, 2008 Bottled. Pours the color of straw with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. No real aromas to speak of. Needs a lime to have any flavor, but with out a lime you get the taste of grass and faint hops. Not good. JuStuka (143), , Mexico Sep 2, 2008 Nothing special in this beer just the classic lager flavor, not bad not good Beltramelli (415), Campinas, Brazil Sep 1, 2008 Cerveja muito fraca e sem personalidade. Quase sem aroma, e o sabor é muito tênue. Pra matar a sede apenas. Raphael__N (159), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 30, 2008 Bottle shared with a friend. Heard so much about it and always avoided it until this week. Granted, the lime probably helped. Very weak an watery. Consistency was very thin and flavourless. Water with a hint of hops at most. It wasn’t horrible (probably because of the lemon), but it wasn’t good either. Kaizen666 (16), , New York, USA Aug 28, 2008 Bottle. Piss yellow, smells like you won’t enjoy it, tastes like it also, but add a lime and the dimension changes slightly. Inviting bottle reminds me of drunken BBQs. If that’s all that’s available you’ll live.
