Another beer that I can’t stand. It is very weak on taste and has a very skunky aroma (more so than Miller High Life, which is famous for skunkiness). I can think of SIX Mexican Beers that are better than this swill. Truthfully, a slice of lime doesn’t help much.

Can we call this a beer? Really? Everything have been said, nothing to add...

Bottle. Without lime, just the beer, I found a piss colored appearance with little to no aroma, and I’m not talking about a deep yellow piss color, I mean a very hydrated, almost clear, yellow tinted piss. The taste was as if you took a pilsner, mixed it with a cup a water, and tossed it back into a bottle. Shutting out all sound and vision, just me and his piss beer, I could pick up on a faint pilsner hop taste. Otherwise, near nothing. After shoving a couple lime wedges into the bottle, inserting my finger, and turning the sucker upside down (a custom I learned from Corona enthusiasts), I was able to convert this "beer" into carbonated lime juice. Overall, this beer demonstrates the power of advertising. Feel like you’re on vacation, on a beach, with a hot girl, with your feet kicked up! Drink this piss, and the only thing you’ll be on vacation from is beer.

well, the most redeeming feature of this is the obligatory piece of lime that bar tenders insist on shoving in the top!
no aroma, no body, very little taste.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Martinus (663) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - FEB 9, 2012
Pale golden colour, thin white head. Smell of sweet malts, toast and biscuit. Flavour rather sweet, quite thin. Not too bad on a hot summer night with a wedge of lime in the neck. Stil.. Meh.

Bottle labled as Corona Familiar.
The brown bottle does little to help the skunky aroma and flavor. It cracks me up that in Mexico they think this is piss but dbags all over America think it’s delicious. Yuck.

I have a love and hate relationship with this "beer", or drink rather. With a piece of lime this is a nice drink when you don’t feel like starting with a more typical beer, or too hot for many of the stronger more flavorful ales.
