Corona has always been and forever will be crap....as well as Corona light.....I’m glad I grew out of this type of beer.

Bottle. Kind of skunky aroma. Crap color. Crap taste but if it is cold enough I’ll dive in. About the same as regular corona - actually I prefer it over the two.

Skunky aroma that lingers. Grainy malt character beneath. Brilliantly clear golden body. Large bubbled, fizzy, white, fully diminishing head. Slight sweetness, corn and bitterness to the flavour but really carbonated mineral water has more character. Very light, dry and watery with aggresive, prickly carbonation. This really isn’t horrible, but it also doesn’t quite resemble anything I recognize as beer. Bottle (BCLS on Cambie at 8th, Jun-07).

I will give it this, it tastes just like the corona extra and its a light beer, that gives it an extra point in my book. So that totals to 1.5.

Not really sure why there’s even a market for a Corona Light, as the original is far from filling. Tolerable only with a lime, and even then, I’d sooner drink the ocean water.

I don’t get why anyone would actually pay money for this. Who in the world ever tasted a regular Corona and said "Shoot, this is too much, make is lighter!" I have never met a 1 for appearance, so its gets a 2 there and another deuce for overall only becuase it can theoretically get you drunk, but at 3.7% thats alot of bad beer....

330ml bottle. Pours a thin yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma is skunk, grass, and a little bit of malts. Watery feel, Papery taste. Starts sweet, ends almost bitter. Kind of offensive. Not enjoyable but easy drinking.

I really can’t tell the difference between this and the regular version. If you put a shot of whiskey in it at least you could get drunk.
