If I could give this beere a 0.0 I would. I don’t see how anyone who enjoys drinking beer would give this beer anything more than a zero. Without the mask of taste bud numbness and a big squeeze of lime, this beer, literally could make a maggot gag. Disgusting. An insult to the brewing industry. This Mexican piss, not even fit for peons, does not deserve to be called beer. What does this beer taste like? Regular Corona after its passed though your bladder.

Hey I’m on the site and drinking one as I type so ... Well I’m thirsty & don’t want soda or coffee. I’m doing some work so I’ll save the my good stuff for later. This is my friend’s. May have to X them after this stuff. :-) Not really beer. Right? Let’s call it a straw color, slightly sour seltzer.

Pours very pale yellow with a fully receding white head. Aroma of corn, DMS, and souring grains. Taste is corn, metallic, grainy. Mouthfeel is watery and highly carbonated. So bad that it’s not even refreshing. I keep getting shocked by how bad this is. To the sewers.

The first thing that hit me after I removed the lime the bartender put in the neck was a skunked odor. I asked a fellow patron who was drinking this if hw thought mine smelled bad. He said no it was just like his. I made it through a third of the bottle and gave up. The color was a weak yellow, it smelled skunked and it tasted bad.

Bottle. Poor. 102% Skunkyness. Just awful. What are these people thinking?

i drank one of these by accident...it was par i guess,but i certainly wouldnt have it again. why they even make light of this i dont know

Pours with little white head. A funky, acidic smell becomes a funky, acidic taste. Heavy carbonation gives acerbic bite which makes up for complete lack of taste otherwise. Watery and funky. Should be served nearly frozen.

A good light beer for a cookout, a party, or a summer day @ the beach. Don’t bother to pour it, just fill the cooler & get the bottles ice cold. The lime gives it the citrus flavor it needs to go down easy, kind of bitter without it. A nice fun change of pace beer, but nothing special tastewise. Smoother than Corona Extra.

Corn and grassy aroma, hops are to faint to smell without tasting, even so, the hops are few and no bitterness. The color and body of CL suffer compared to Corona Extra. There is no swirl in the pour and this is less carbonated. Tastes almost the same, but a tad more thin. Easy finish. Better enjoyed a little sweaty, not super-ice cold. The lime helps, but turns the beer completely flat, unlike Modello or Corona Extra. Better than the usual macro lights for sure.

Pours a mellow golden yellow color. Aromas of grains, light hops, and a funky musty smell. Flavor is bland with a weird funk, add a lime to it to kill the funky taste and it is almost drinkable. This is probably the worst mexican lager on the market. Why drink this when you can get Pacifico, Modelo, Tecate, or Dos Equis.
