Re-read my rating of regular Corona and basically take out any reference to tasting anything other then a lime...
I would say it’s just a drop better on a super hot day then your average American Macro Light/Lite... markwise (1175), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

Serve it extra cold for less taste. I heard the difference here is drinkability, oh wait... no that’s something else. The funny part is the history-- this beer is a take on a Gernan style. I guess if you can’t make it in a German community, then you take your business elsewhere. furious (9), South Carolina, USA does not count | 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Jun 30, 2009 I hated this beer. Had a terrible taste in my opinion. Butt then again, I am no fan of light beers. CUJO (339), Brooklyn, New York, USA

Flavor is refreshing sometimes but would rather have the Corona Extra. reg71 (2), Atascadero, California, USA does not count | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 5, 2009 While this beer is not one I think of when I think of a good beer, it is one that I quite often go to on a hot day with a slice of lime. Maybe it’s a california thing, but if I am hanging by the beach on a hot day or just workin in my backyard, this one seems to go down real easy. bubbleflubber (890), Collinsville, Virginia, USA

The nose is of skunky grains, emphasis on the "skunk". The flavors are almost nonexistent, due to the far overcarbonated, thin seltzer mouthfeel, but do have some rare sort of skunk-hopped residue. There is absolutely no substance to this brew, as it feels quite thrown-together hastily. I don’t recommend it, and look downtrodden to my forthcoming trip to Mexico. There HAS to be a better beer than this..... almost a drain pour.
