JK (2945), Richfield, Minnesota, USA Aug 25, 2003 yellow and tasteless. Not enjoyable like he original. There just isn't anything good to say about this light beer. obxdude10 (1546), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 24, 2003 If you thought Corona Extra was bad, this is worse, as most light versions of beers usually are, very skunky flavors & aroma, the lime didn't even help, the Extra is much better
thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 21, 2003 This brew poured a medium head ofwhite bubbles that left a good lacing and a transparent golden wheat colored body behind. Its aroma is mildly hoppy. The flavor comes on initially strong with hops then finishes more mildly. tallmatt67 (99), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 15, 2003 (bottled). Faint grainy aroma. Pale straw and brilliantly clear. Very thin bodied with nice corn flavor, virtually no bitterness except for the very high carbonation bite. Suprisingly, quite palatable, especially if you're dehydrated after, say, mowing the lawn. After all, we are rating the beer for it's qualities and how it fits its style, not its marketing, right? gord (36), harbour grace, Newfoundland, Canada Aug 13, 2003 i truly don't understand all the low ratings on corona light.i find this one of the better lighter beers i ever had. i find it has a nice taste for a lighter beer for lighter beer usually has no taste at all.i would'nt say it's the best brew i ever had but it's a lot better than people say it is. jskendzel (602), Washington DC, USA Aug 12, 2003 I actually didn't taste any significant deviation in flavor from the typical Corona. Clear bottles, what are they thinking? SudsMaster (68), Denville, New Jersey, USA Aug 6, 2003 WHY? WHY? DEAR GOD WHY?
If you desperate for a smaller ass, thats the only reason to drink this crap. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Aug 4, 2003 Very noticeable dry yeast/lager aroma. Light gold in body with lots of visible carbonation and a white head, which is small and somewhat lasting. Very light flavor but with some bite. Just had Michelob Golden Draft Light and this one has less flavor. Very drinkable but a little bland.
