nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jan 27, 2009 This is terrible. I can give the regular one credit for being a good beach beer, but this one, when combined with a good lime, tastes like a good lime. altonbrownd (1862), Amsterdam, Netherlands Jan 27, 2009 Bottle in Springfield, MA with Dan and Vanessa. Golden and very thin version of its namesake. Watery, skunky and not very interesting. zootfinster (179), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jan 22, 2009 I didn’t think a beer existed that was worse then Bud Light. Guess what? I was wrong. This is the foulest tasting swill I have ever had. I had it many many years ago when I didn’t know any better but recently a neighbor gave me one. I hesitate to say friend anymore.
It’s carbonated water that someone farted in. Bad-Bad-Bad dkachur (2319), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Jan 20, 2009 12 ounce bottle. Origin unknown. Pours Corona Golden. Crayola should totally make that a color. Aroma is light skunk and huge graininess. Taste is about like the description. 30% less calories and 30% less flavor. Starts off pure water with some grain and skunk in the finish. Why did anyone bother even making this? Why? Partyman1000 (3), , California, USA does not count Jan 16, 2009 go for the extra.. and must have a lime, otherwise go domestic... no flavor, and very over-rated in the college world. lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jan 6, 2009 Bright yellow with a thin white head. Aroma so skunky and some corn. Taste is harsh fizzy adjunct and water and then corn. dalekliz (546), San Diego, California, USA Jan 4, 2009 Bottle. Clear gold with a bubbly, white head. Sharp and sweet light aroma, of hops, malt, and yeast, with a hint of citrus. Taste is quite sweet, of malt, with a hint of sharp, bitter hops. Lingering sharpness that fades almost immediately. For a crappy light beer, it is better than most crappy, light beers. Cybercat (778), Georgia, USA Jan 3, 2009 A wan straw-yellow, it pours with a minimal white head that does not hang around. Aroma was weak, and the de rigueur lime on the glass mostly masked it. Flavor was typically lagerish, malty but lacking crispness. It didn’t taste watery like most "lite" beers, but flavor was still uninspiring. Texture was not thin or watery; however, it was rather lifeless. Definitely one to pass up.
