3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pink color, big hibiscus note though out that is a bit overwhelming. Refreshingly light, which works better.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
When I heard combination of hibiscus and IPA, I had only an unpleasant hunch.
The showy fragrance of Centennal, the color as which you imagine the tropics of hibiscus and the taste are very pleasant.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a rosy, orangy color with off white bubbly head that held well and faded into a thick collar, heavy wisps, great legs, and good lacing. Aroma is sweet/floral hibiscus, faint bready malt sweetness, floral and slightly earthy hops. Taste began heavy on the hibiscus, with that dual hop flavor behind that. I really enjoy this, so I guess I’m a big fan of hibiscus. Good body, low-med carb, and low hop bitterness. Not particularly great for an IPA, but immensely enjoyable.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Flaska från Bishop Örebro. Bärnstenfärgad, orange färg med medelmåttig vit skumkrona. Parfymig doft av blomster och ananas. Medellätt kropp. Söt smak av grapefrukt, ananas och passionsfrukt. Lite syrlig eftersmak. Tyvärr lite vattnig.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour pinkish amber with a one finger pinkish white head with decent lacing. Aroma is of floral hops, citrus tropical fruits, pine, and some light bready malts. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi bitter, slightly sour, slightly dry, medium finish. Overall, a interesting IPA that would be nice on a warm sunny beach.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Amber not quite pink. Its decent definite floral notes, still a west-coast tinged ipa with pine and citrus.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz bottle. Poured an amber color with an averaged sized head. Herbal, floral with some citrus and a lighter spiciness. Found it a bit thinner.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 9/4/2014. Pours slightly hazy reddish copper color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, pineapple, berries, pine, herbal, grass, flowers, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops, hibiscus spicing, and moderate malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, pineapple, berries, pine, herbal, grass, flowers, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapfruit, lemon/orange zest, pineapple, berries, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, balance, and robustness of citrus/pine hops, hibiscus spicing, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a very nice hibiscus spiced IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, hibiscus spicing, and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
