Fresh, crisp and floral. Pours a light red color with very little head. Smells fresh and piney - great hops. Taste is a combo of piney hops and hibiscus tea and it is delicious!!!! Finishes with an essence of guava and crisp hops. This is a surprisingly fantastic brew!

Reddish pour with an amber copper hue and one finger of white head. Nose is funky and heady with raw hops and some floral notes. Raw bitterness in the flavor with citrus rind and heady hops. Medium bodied with a lasting pithy bitterness.

Pink head. Had on tap. Very lIght flavor as far as beer. Hibiscus is noted and makes a difference. Makes this unique, but leaves me wondering if the beer would be any good without that flavoring.

Bottle at home. This is a nice offering. The color is a pink hued copper with a white fluffy head that dies quickly. Floral aromas and jamaica are intermingled with some citrus and pine hops. Flavor is huge for the abv. I like it. Not too much hibiscus. The hops are still the star here. Good!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had this with Kara and Andy on Oct. 11th in a bar on the beach south of San Jose. This had both a flowery and citrusy hop aroma. Reddish in color with minimal head. The flavor is slightly bitter but mostly sweet citrus with something else that must be hibiscus. It is easy to drink and different, worth trying at least once.

22 ounce bottle
An affordable IPA with floral aspects caught my eye. The payoff was a solid beer that demonstrates the acumen of the average southern California brewery. I’d love to revisit the San Diego area and have a chance to try a few more of their beers on draft at the source.
Aroma / Appearance - A reddish brown core retains an inner warmth as the light filters through slowly. Rich ivory head collapses in the course of a few minutes to almost nothing. Fresh floral bouquets on display at the local florist pollinate the air with roses and resiny hops. The cool profile takes a while to fully open up almost like a spring bloom.
Flavor / Palate - Hibiscus and other floral aspects tickle the tongue. Floral laced iced tea sweeps to a soft bitter finish that bubbles with carbonation. Refreshing and pleasant, the total package contains many positive notes. Grab a fresh bomber and enjoy the hard work of several capable brewers.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber from Whole Foods Plymouth. Pours deep coppery with ruby highlights and a 2-finger, frothy off-white head. Nose is resiny hops, black peppery spice, hibiscusy florals. Tastes hoppy, somewhat tart, floral, with notes of resin, pine, black pepper, and tropical citrus. Finishes bitter and floral and hoppy.
