Golden hue with a bone white head. Slightly clingy. Light, sweet malty nose with a somewhat grainy tones. Mild palate with sweet malt/grain and a subtle hoppy dry and bitter finish. Easy drinking and pleasant. Nothing spectacular, but something to enjoy with some friends.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2004 Rerate from bottle (06/26/04): From the bottle, this beer was a bit more impressive to me. I picked up a more interesting hop profile, especially on the finish. I definetely think this deserves higher than a 2.9 from me. (Original Rating): A very "typical" american style beer. Pale amber color with a very small head. Aroma and flavor is yeasty and metallic. Body is thin and finish is dry and short.

(tap) Definitely the weakest of the Coronado brews I tried. Pales in character to the other brews.
