Draft. Pours a clear rusty brown with off-white head. Caramel, toffee, sweet malt, floral hops, light citrus. Light to medium body, easy to drink. Well balanced in my opinion, not spectacular, but does what it’s supposed to do.

Location: On tap at the Brewbup, 1/6/10

Aroma: Smells of sweet malts, mostly caramel, just a little bit of smoke
Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with a slight red hue, and has a tan head that leaves a good amount of tan lace on the glass. The appearance is quite stout-like (very dark).
Flavor: Sweet malty flavor with a lightly bitter finish
Palate: Medium bodied and fairly drinkable
Overall Impression: To quote my notes here: "This beer was solid enough." Not a whole lot to add, that sums it up pretty good.

Very dark brown with a fizzy tan head. Enrages anger in the nostrils with its quaint brassy aroma and sits on the tongue like lastnights pass around.
