Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours orange with a small firm white head. Nose shows loads of citrus and tropical fruits. Bitterness at the forefront. Tropical fruits shine with heavy influence from grapefruit notes. Bitter and grapefruit layers on the finish. very bitter and a touch sweet. Good stuff

Bottle - drank from bottle so no appearance notes. Aroma and flavor are nice citrusy, with some spruce and cat piss / dank notes in there as well. Light sweet, light plus bitter, well masked abv. Medium body, somewhat oily finish. Quite a good DIPA.

Pours clear amber-orange with a big white head. Nice bitterness throughout. Pine, citrus and grapefruit. Sweet caramel malt and resinous hops. Nice but not quite my style of ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light amber with a foamy white head. Aroma is of sweet fruits, grains, and citrus. Flavors of malts, hops, grains, coffee, and caramel. A decent D.I.P.A.

The Idiot IPA has a cloudy amber color with a bubbly thin foam head. The scent has a floral hops, weak sweet malts, pine, and grapefruit. As for flavor I picked up on grapefruit, hops, and carmel sweet malts. This brew is refreshing and drinkable. The finish leaves a medium level of bitterness with an after taste of malts, hops, and a citrus flavor that lingers. Overall I enjoyed this west coast brew.

A clean pour, big head. Tastes of malt, bread and crust and citrus and resin with a very long, bitter finish.

A perfect five yes. This beast has it all from citrus black pepper floral hop aroma. Perfectly clear. Excellent lacing head lasted for ever. Crystal clear fantastic. Sharp bitterness up front saturd around a while and finished clean. If you can get this do so. Worth the price. Even here.

Bottle to pint glass Orange, grapefruit, wheat, and light pine. Clear amber with no head. Sweet with long lasting bitterness. Silky and oily texture with some astringency.

Pours a hazy amber golden color with a short, quickly evaporating with head. Vibrant grapefruit wafts into the olfactory like a designer perfume. Not too loud, but very appealing and sexy. Tantalizes nicely. The first pull fills the mouth with slick, wet liquid that finishes with a carbonation scrub and hop burn that balances the mouthfeel well. Flavors are mellow for a San Diego IPA, but the finish bitters with yellow grapefruit tartness. Very solid.
