COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 8 different hops and dry hopped with whole cone Cascades. Its more powerful than our Islander IPA and even the most intelligent have become "idiot" after a few pints of this super hopped up beer!

Nice snifter pour from bottle. Nose is nice healthy hop bitterness with juicy orange. Flavor comes through nice with heavy juicy hops and almost chewy. Very fresh. Great ipa. Medium body with medium lacing. Worth it!

On tap. Mostly clear golden / orange color. Good thin white head. Decent lace. Smooth, lighter carbonation, kind of a creamy texture, dry finish. Nice mouthfeel, easy to drink. Orange citrus, grassy hop flavor, some caramel malts. Nice bitterness, but a good sweet taste, too. Drinkable, balanced DIPA. 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Bomber to snifter. Looks good; a mostly transparent orange with off-white lacing. Smells of bitter hops with a light, semi-sweet backbone. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. Damn tasty!

Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma has some grapefruit and stonefruits...bit of pine...lots going on but all very subdued. Flavor has some light caramely notes with stonefruits and citrus...hints of tea. Mouthfeel is fairly light and a bit watery with a bitter stonefruit/earthy dry finish.

On tap at Pinocchio’s. Pour looks like brought apple juice. Rich, hoppy aroma. Complex hop profile...citrus, grain and resin. Melon fruitiness, good level of sweetness too balance out a fairly aggressive hop profile. Tasty.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2013 The smell of this beer is a great beginning - nice citrus aroma without the acidity. The appearance is a deep peach colour. Everything is looking and smelling good here. But the flavour is not my cup of tea; resiny bitterness which clings uncomfortably to the palate. This is one double ipa I wouldn’t return to, especially with so many others I prefer close to hand.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with almost no head on it. Nose isn’t all that powerful, I find. Little bit of hoppiness in there, but not much. Taste has some hoppy bitterness to it, but it’s balanced fairly well. Good brew.

Light caramel pour. Aroma of pine hops and tangerines, very appetizing. Excellent citrus flavor, sweet on the front with a lot of cascade hops on the back side. Well done ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark golden with a foamy white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is pretty strong of pine and citrus. Medium body with lots of pine, some resinous fruity hops. Pretty solid beer.

650ml bomber pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger head that retains well and leaves some lovely lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is citrus and floral with some other light fruits. Taste is a citrusy grapefruit bitterness with some hints of tropical fruits and an underlying malty sweetness. Very well balanced and not too over the top with the bitterness. Highly recommended.
