3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an amber/orange with with a dense smallish off-white head. Huge hops(like all of them) coming through at first, but it has a malty/yeasty aroma that doesn’t quite fit, and that carries through in the flavor and it doesn’t quite work for my palate. Still a very good beer, just not my favorite. Maybe I got a bad batch cuz I’ve had "Idiot" before and thought it was outstanding.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A hazed golden amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with smooth floral and resinous hops, citrus, smelling of California. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with floral and resinous hops, light catty notes, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Yard House Honolulu.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
a double ipa for a fortnight and a day #6...Hazy, amber pour with one finger of rapidly diminishing head. Rich complex aromas and flavors, featuring pine needles, grapefruit, mandarin orange, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, and mango. Powdery texture that is neither too thick, nor too thin. This really wraps itself around the taste buds, and digs in for an incredibly lengthy finish, while somehow managing to also be very soft and gentle on the palate, as strange as that sounds. Fantastic!!!!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nose full of pine needles and citrus rinds. You know it will be fruity and dry. Glowing orange color. Bitter up front and with long, dry malt finish. Initially palate stripping, this beer mellows out at the end in reflection of the flavor transition. Not nearly so Idiotically hopped as some beers, and no worse for it.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Svaga nyanser av smörkola och hickory i näsan. Trevligt bärnstensfärgad med ett skum som dör fort. Torr grape i smaken. Bra balanserad även om eftersmaken är lite tråkig.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
blommigt, citrus mandarin. Tycker om den orange tonade färgen. Mjuk och len i munnen.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap at Coronado. Pours a hasy orange with white head. Incredibly juicy hop aroma with tons of citrus. Taste is wet hops, citrusy. Very wet mouthfeel, refreshing and no booziness to it. Great DIPA.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours slightly hazy peach gold with a soapy white head that settles to a thick coating with lacing. Aroma is a fine peach-orange citrus with a floral touch and some grassiness. Taste dials down the sweetness and introduce some caramel malt and booze. Bready, grassy, earthy. Resiny pine citrus that closes in hoppy bitterness - but not a huge amount of bitterness. Quite dry on the palate and low carbonation. I enjoyed this beer, though the citrus flavors could have been more rich and pronounced.
