Not a bad beer. Kinda middle of the road. Pours golden amber and a little hazy with good head retention. Lacing all the way to the bottom of the glass. Good hop character, citrus, piney and a touch of tropical fruit. Mild malt balance. Good carbonation and not overly bitter considering. Bright mouth feel. Solid beer

12oz into a tulip. Pours a solid oak aged orange. Head is ample, about an inch at first, then mellows to plentiful lacing all over, full and gorgeous. Aroma of fresh hops, wheat, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon. Taste is glorious hops, fresh and juicy with ample orange, some pineapple, herbal citrus glow, funky banana, soft caramel malts, and a piney lacing. Wonderful drinker, smooth throughout, flowing, and fresh. Very mellow mouth feel for an imp. Tastes like a small upgrade from an IPA, but the punch is packed in the afterglow. Wonderful

Bottle - hazy glowing orange - fairly thick, soapy lace - dank aroma, musky citrus, mango, orange zest - soft texture, fairly full in the mouth - flavor is a fair balance of sweet orange flesh, moderate bitterness, juicy American hops character - a little sweet, but mostly a fairly classic version of imperial IPA.

An amazing IPA with an incredible floral nose full of ROSE, which I found uncommon and very pleasant. Colour very beautiful, great taste with a perfectly balanced bitterness. Very, very, good!

Wooow this was good. Cloudy amber pour, medium head, lots of lacing. Taste and aroma of fruits, citrus, bit of spices.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2015 Reviewed a while after consuming so vague memory tells me it was fair at best. I recall a charcoal taste and not much else. Unknown price at Railroad Blues Bar, Miami

Backlog. 12 oz bottle from Applejack. Orange appearance with a frothy white head. Grapefruit, floral notes, toasted grains and light herbs. Moderate hop bitterness and mild malty sweetness. Pretty solid.

Bottle. Cloudy amber pour with a 1 finger head that fades to a thick film. Aroma is candied oranges, grapefruit, herbs, and pineapple. Tastes like candied citrus mostly. Hints of pine and tropical fruit. Fruity finish. Medium body. This is a bit sweet for an IPA. Possibly an old bottle where the hops have faded. Still, it’s decent.

Overall good beer, great hop flavor when first when first opened then as it warms it gets more of a nutty flavor from the malts. Will definitely drink this again.
