Brewed with 8 different hops and dry hopped with whole cone Cascades. Its more powerful than our Islander IPA and even the most intelligent have become "idiot" after a few pints of this super hopped up beer!

Sampler at The Mondial de la biere 2012 in Montréal.The color is a clear amber with a thin beige head. The aroma is of hops and citrus fruits. The taste also of hops and citrus fruits plus pine touches with abit of malt. Not to strong a taste for a double I.P.A. but still very good.

Creamy head. Fresh floral smell. Hoppy with a sharp edge. Too bitter for its body - no balance. Too much alcohol as well. A beer doesn’t gett better if you just keep pouring in hops and alcohol. It needs to brew and mature. Spicing is not everything. I’ve had a lot better IPAs.

Bottle from Swedish SB. Pours slightly hazy amber. Aroma is strong with clear notes of citrus and tropical fruit and soft notes of grass and pine. Taste is an explosion of bitterness with notes of citrus and mango followed by a slight malt body with just a touch of sweetness. It all ends with a long and refreshing bitterness. Great Beer!

Bottle from SB. Pours almost no head. Smell is earthy and wood. Taste is good but not enough citrus in my opinion. A good beer whatsoever.

nose: a lot of fresh cut pine. pineapple more in the background. palate: amazing. it’s super hoppy without being bitter, very fruity but not heavy, complex and very balanced despite abv. i cant taste any alcohol except at the very end, where it turns spicy, woody, floral, warm and you finally notice the bitterness at the very back of the throat. much more than the sum of its parts and one of the more delicious dipas ive had

Pours a medium orange with a one finger off white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, sweet malts, and some dankness. Tate is of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, caramel, sweet malts, apricots, and some grassy hops. Has a medium body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a tasty DIPA that pretty drinkable and complex.

Wonderful aromas of tropical fruits. Very well hopped and not bitter. Exactly the way I want my IPA or Double IPA. Heavenly good bitterness that fills the mouth forever. I can not be more than to enjoy this beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy medium gold color. Finger high creamy white head. Fragrant citrus hop aroma. Toasted malt and pine hops come through. Bittersweet with tropical notes. Some caramel malt, but hops dominate here. Spicy and complex, this is a real winner.

Bottle at home. Poured a clear orange with one finger of head. Aroma is lots of pine some citrus and some maltiness. Flavor follows with moderate bitterness for the style. Nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
