Bottle courtesy of Sparky27. Nice 24 karat pour with lively carbonation and a fluffy white head. Aroma is juicy grapefruit and freshly pruned flowers. More malty than other IIPA’s...but still taste the bright citrus and pine. A bit watery but good. THANKS ERIC!!!

(bottle - 22 oz) Cloudy orange pour with a fluffy white head. Big juicy grapefruit and citrus hop aroma. Very inviting. Lots of citrus at the start of the flavor with a mild and very dry pine resin in the middle. Bitter and citrusy finish. Very enjoyable.

De barril en irreale el otro día. Aromas a fresas, frutos rojos, resina...en boca buen balance con las maltas y lupulos. Compleja y caracteristica.Me gusto bastante.

Undated Bottle. Pours yellow with a slight orange hue. Fresh out of the bottle, the aroma is straight up grapefruit; a light sweetness apparent later. Nice, fruity taste up front with a medium, lasting bitterness. A bit of apparent sweetness, but not a malty DIPA at all. Pleasantly surprised by this one. Light+ bodied, and a bitter finish.

Poured from the 4-pack of bottles, kind of orange with maybe a mock turtle neck (not quite a collar) of head. Taste is smooth with some bitter and pine. Goes down smooth and has a nice kick. I am kind of worried though, if this turns even the most intelligent into an idiot, what chance does a fool like me have?!

On tap at biercab. Golden color with a creamy white head. Pine, resinous aroma with some tropical fruits. Flavor is nice, fresh and hoppy with some sweetness at first and great bitter at the end and aftertaste. Very enjoyable IIPA and glad to try good stuff from California, here in Barcelona.

Ámbar con espuma blanca abundante. Aromas intensos de limón, hierba fresca y pino. Cuerpo medio con inicio maltoso breve al que sigue el cítrico, los toques herbáceos y el final de amargor equilibrado de pino.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazed orange with a small white head. Sloppy lacing. Aroma of mandarin orange and dogfood malt notes. Flavor is malty with some hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. I wonder if this is just a bad batch?

Great 2x IPA, well dried out, intense flavor. What do you mean not long enough?

Aroma is citrus and grassy. Taste is citrus, a tiny bit of grapefruit, some resin, with well-balanced malt sweetness. The bitter aftertaste hangs around for a long time. The mouthfeel is spot on for a DIPA, perhaps a bit lighter than some. Overall a very good DIPA.

Shared 12 oz. bottle poured to snifters, displaying a hazed, orangey gold color, with a bubbly layer of soft white head foam, and spotty lacing. The nose was initially dank, followed by citrus notes as orange & grapefruit, with a bit of resin on the back, and some mellowing malt. Medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the taste included moderate citrus & rind bitterness that lingered, some noticeable alcohol, and a bit of malt/caramel sweetness. Decent, but just over the DIPA threshold, imo.
