Floral hops accompanied by some grassy/earthy aromas. Relatively deep golden in color with a very thin foam on the top. Taste is a good blend between fruitiness and earthy hops. Very lightly carbonated with a lingering spicey bitterness. Overall, this is a solid IPA. Good hop flavoring with light grapefruit undertones. I’d give this an A rating.

Location/Date:Bottle split on March 16th, 2012.

Appearance: Pours an orange cloud.
Aroma: Nice citrus aroma..
Taste: Light bitterness, some citrus.
Palate: Medium body.

Summary: More citrus-y than bitterness, solid IPA.

I didn’t love this one...too heavy in the body for me. Has a good bitter piney hop nose and body but it drinks very heavy and the finish holds too much. Not dry or crisp enough for what I like in an IPA.

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle. Comes out of the bottle with a clear orangey color and a nice white head that quickly dissipates, but leaves some nice lacing. It has the aroma of hops, but I don’t taste them on the front end. There is a taste of grapefruit at first, subsequently joined by hoppiness and a lengthy backflavor.

12oz bottle. Aroma of floral and citrusy hops with a little caramel and light fruit. Flavor the same with a lot of hops. Average texture. A pretty good IPA.

28 Feb 2012, bottle. yellow, clear, lots of steady bubbles, foamy head. nose is sweet alcohol, green raisins, and a faint piney hop. med/thin body and a bit fizzy. sadly the taste is nowhere as nice as the nose. some green raisin taste, alcohol doesn’t come out much and hops are almost stale.

On tap at yardhouse Waikiki. Pours orange gold with a large white head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Smells amazing could be because beer selection in Hawaii is light. Flavor is citrus and bitter pine. Taste some citra hop in there.

Bottle 33 cl, Total Wines. Pours clear amber with a small off white head leaving lace. Aroma is sweet malty caramel citric piny tropical fruits. Flavor is like aroma, pungent peppery and bittet with a good malty body. Finishes malty and pungent bitter.

Had this one last night, I remember it being on the sweet side and not super bitter. Although it wasnt exactly what i was expecting, I really enjoyed it.
