Lightly hopped but great citrus and floral flavors and aromas. Clean finish, awesome malt to citrus hop ratio, not a hop bomb just a good beer

12 oz bottle. Ok, Iím not trying to be lazy, but ditto on the commercial description. Itís short and sweet and spot on. Great ipa.

(12oz bottle dated 01-02-11 thanks to Cavie) clear gold with creamy tan-yellow head. Nose is quite dank, grapefruit, caramel, and slightly attenuated. Taste is a bit faded, grapefruit, mildly bitter, cream, and orange. Well balanced.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Keg at Euston Tap, London. Pours a slightly hazy, vibrant gold with a small, white head. Bit of caramel and pine in the nose. Flavor is fairly sweet. Lots of spicy hops, some anise and candy, some crunchy grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Faint warming finish, reasonably well balanced, bit of light pine, resinous earth, slight oils, some hay and toasted white bread. Pretty good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
[355ml bottle, Appellation Wines, Edinburgh] Pours a deep orange with peaky white head, which reduces pretty quickly. From the first sniff to the last sip - this is a classic, down the lines San Diego IPA. Pine, sticky resin on the nose. Orange citrus on the palate, plenty of resinous hop. Reminded me very much of Ruination IPA - albeit not quite as punishing. The malt gives a good sticky sweetness to the citrus and pineapple fruit, itís very well balanced

Review from notes at World of Beer - Fort Myers on 9/24/11.
Poured on draft into a shaker pint.
Appearance: Pours a light golden amber color with a 1 finger white head. Nice lacing.
Smell: Sweet and bitter citrus with a touch of sweet malt.
Taste: Sweet citrus with a touch of roasted malt. Piney finish with a bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a good amount of carbonation.
Drinkability: Pretty good drinkability. You could drink a couple without much difficulty.
Overall: Pretty good beer overall. Not the best IPA, but itís worth a shot.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Orange, fizzy and IPA like. Malty and bitter with hops not overpowering. This was a most premium effort.
