Named after Coronado Island, our original India Pale Ale is a liquid expression of hometown pride. Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops combine to provide an explosive burst of piney bitterness and lucioius notes of apricot, grapefruit, and mango that are sure to envoke imagery of swinging palms and sun-kissed shores.

330ml bottle. Amongst all the pine resin floral medicinal and citrus aromas, I caught an ever so faint whiff of something funky, in a good way. Somewhere between cheddar and dank vegetation, if there is such a place. Taste is pretty much as aroma. Very tasty with good bitterness. A bit of alcohol warmth in the finish. Body is quite light, watery, but seems to suit the beer well.

Draft. Clear orange amber. Frothy white head. Quite bitter, and lasting. Dry. Lots of citrus. Floral. Good but outdated now.

355 ml bottle sampled April 2014. Clear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma has dry fruit, malt, some caramel and canned citric fruit. Flavor is rather fresh and fruity with a balanced pleasant malt character and good bitterness. Nice body and good aftertaste. Nice and tasty IPA.

Bottle. Dark yellow and a nice head. Fantastic aroma and taste. You can really notice the apricot and the mango. Perfect bitter and silky hoppy feeling. Need more of these.
