Named after Coronado Island, our original India Pale Ale is a liquid expression of hometown pride. Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops combine to provide an explosive burst of piney bitterness and lucioius notes of apricot, grapefruit, and mango that are sure to envoke imagery of swinging palms and sun-kissed shores.

Enjoyed at the Burger Bar in Vegas. Pours a clear deep amber with a moderate frothy white foam. Aroma is big pine hop aroma with the sweetness of fruity malts. Taste is a soothing blast of pine and citrus hops with some resinous aspects. Sweetness from the malt comes in but does not balance this out.

Aroma is tropical fruit, pine, malt. Appearance is golden, white head. Taste is very malty, little fruit or pine flavors, pretty disappointing. Mouthfeel is light carbonation, light body, not great. Overall, lots of potential but falls flat.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. Body is medium and smooth. Large amount of citrusy, herbal hops dominate the palate. Biscuit malt and ripe fruit are in background. Finish is long, dry, and very bitter. Good brew for hopheads.

Keg at de molen . hazed golden lasting thin white head. Aroma is grassy hop, pine needle, hint of tropical fruit. Flavour is tangy orange rind, light caramel malts, grassy hop with a little resin. Palate is semi crisp , highish carbonation, assertive hop bitterness. Pretty well balanced.

Ruikt zoet fruit, hops, bloemen. Smaakt fruitig, rood fruit en goed bitter. Nice en best uniek.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pours deep golden with a big white head. Aroma is malty with some hops presence, not so fresh. Flavour is medium sweet and malty with a light bitter end. Unbalanced. Medium body, medium carbonation. So so...

This seems to be in the older, maltier style of IPA and isn’t bad for what it is. It’s very cloudy orange w/ a foamy head and a good deal of intricate lacing. It smells pretty nice w/ a good dose of sweet orange and some floral tones as well. This is a bit on the sweet and syrupy side w/ some crackery malt character and a good deal of resinous bitterness in the finish. This is the kind of beer that lets you know for sure you are drinking something a bit bigger and stronger than normal. I kind of prefer things on the lighter side but this works OK overall.
