3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Thorpe429 (3542) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - APR 13, 2011
Reviewed from notes.
Pours a slightly-hazed yellow straw color with a white head that lasts for a bit before giving way and leaving behind a touch of lace. The nose is light with a bit of honey and grain plus a nice lime presence. Taste adds more lime and other flavors fade a bit. Feel is nice with the lime providing a nice character. A bit of spicing in there as well. Overall, a pretty good recipe.
