Reviewed from notes. Pours a slightly-hazed yellow straw color with a white head that lasts for a bit before giving way and leaving behind a touch of lace. The nose is light with a bit of honey and grain plus a nice lime presence. Taste adds more lime and other flavors fade a bit. Feel is nice with the lime providing a nice character. A bit of spicing in there as well. Overall, a pretty good recipe. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 11-09-2010

Draft. A very light golden beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma has notes of malt and lime. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lime combined with medium notes of malt, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

On-tap at PP C’Bad. Pours clearish, green/yellow with a medium size white head and good lace. Smells light and grainy, plain. Tastes light and grainy and plain with just a faint hint of citrus and tonic water. Thin body, good carbonation. Tonic-esque.

On tap at Coronado Brew co. Greenish yellow fizzy beer. Very light taste with lime flavor. Lawnmower beer. Dry, crisp, and refreshing. My wife said it tasted like a Mexican beer with lime. ’Bout right.

On tap at the Coronado Brewing Company (official title is Lime Lite). Smells very much like lime, with some hints of spice and wheat. It’s a cloudy golden color with particles and a small amount of head. Very interesting flavor to this beer because of the use of lime instead of oranges, don’t need the extra lime they give you, just enjoy the beer as it is. It’s light and tangy with a very nice lime aftertaste. I think this would go great with chicken or fish.
