Cask at Churchill’s. Reddish amber pour, thin bubbly off-white head. Not a pretty beer. Sweet malts, notes of dark caramel, light bread, citrus (orange), and a bitting hot pepper finish. The heat stays in the mouth for a few minutes, but it’s not too extreme. It’s decent actually, the pepper heat it noticeable, but not overpowering. I was not getting much in the way of cocoa.
