355ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper amber, with a moderate off-white head, which lasts fairly well and leaves decent lacing. Floral and spicy hops, biscuit and roasted malt notes make up the aroma. Peppery, spicy hops up front lead into a touch of caramel malt. Smooth toffee and more robust roasted malt in the mid-palate give it a full-bodied feel, with floral hops joining the sweeter malt flavours in the finish. This is a pleasant ale, with enough robust malt body to support its hops.

Reddish brown with a nice head and some lace. Aroma is raisins and juniper berries. Flavor is robust, not too dry, moderately bitter. Very good and drinkable beer.

This is almost a nice beer but itís too sweet and maybe too bitter and earthy for itís own good. Itís cloudy copper amber w/ almost no head. There is a pretty decent balance of caramel malt and earthy hop character to this but itís way too sweet and heavy for itís own good. I doubt this is all that bitter in terms of IBUs or whatever standard but there is an edge to the bitterness that is hard and unpleasant which really takes this beer down a couple notches. I will likely not be drinking one of these ever again.

Cervesa on no destaca líaroma, en gust es noten molt els tocs acaramelats i a galeta perÚ amb un lleuger amargor. Cerveza donde no destaca el aroma, en sabor se notan los toques acaramelados y a galleta pero con un ligero amargor.

This is a very good representation of an amber ale. Reddish/brown in color with thin head. Some orange, grass, and caramel malts in nose and flavor. Very well balanced and easy drinking. Dig it.

Bottle. Nose is perfumed and hugely hoppy, grapefruit / orange Cascade with a touch marmalade, crystal, spiced dough, and dark, almost fudgy caramel. Pours deep, dark red with a large and stable beige head. Taste moderately dry despite the upfront sweetness, heavy spiced dough, earth, toffee (slight chocolate?), almost rye; not warming or boozy but has alcohol weft and weight; mild but persistent bitterness; still quite hoppy (though green) but the malt presence has tapered off and the heavy body has very watery edges. Faint burnt/roasted toasty background. Think Iíd pass on a second go-round.

Hoppier than expected, deep amber color with a thin head. A bit bitter with a bite but a pleasant taste

Tap at irreale, they assured me it was the US version. Dark Amber, creamy golden brown head. Roasted notes initially, coffee, light metallic herbs, grassy hops, a hint berries. Hard to pigeonhole, which is nice. Comes on as a Porter, looks like a Amber ale and finishes like a German pils. I am intrigued, chapeau!

Pours a clear amber with a medium, off white head. The aroma is well balanced between malts and hops. It has caramel, toasted malt, herbal and floral hops, bread, and a little chocolate. Its kind of strange. The taste takes the side of more malty, with a strong nutty, caramel flavor throughout. This is complimented with minor impressions of pine, grapefruit, chocolate, herbal hops. There is a long aftertaste of nuts and caramel. Medium in body, Iíd say and average texture, and definitely average in carbonation. Not for me.
