COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our spiced California style Wit is both refreshing and complex. Brewed with wheat, coriander, California orange peel and local orange blossom honey. From the first sip to the last you’ll find subtle flavors of bread, spice, citrus and a thirst quenching orange honey finish.

12 oz single bottle from Molly’s Spirits. Pale orange and clear appearance with a fully diminishing head. Aroma of floral notes, citrus zest, light bread, coriander and light honey. Similar flavor, pretty light and easy to drink. A little bit of spice at the finish. Decent, not your typical wit though.

Bomber. Unclear orange yellow, fine white foam mostly fades. Mild orange wheaty aroma. Very soft orange wit flavour, faint spices, hint of honey. Low carbonation, light-medium bodied, low hopped. Somewhat dull and lifeless. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose is restrained, with oranges and wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with light oranges and wheat. Crisp and grassy. Not very interesting. Weak wit.

Aroma Orange, grains Appearance Orange, hazy, cloudy, minimal head, white foam, Taste light sweetness, honey, Orange Palate medium body, fizzy, Overall not the best but not the worst. Not a beer I would suggest to a person who is just getting into craft beer because they may not come back for more.

I seriously must have gotten an old bottle. WTF is this caramel and burnt malts. Awful.

Pours cloudy yellow gold with white, quickly disappearing head. Aroma is like a chardonnay, slightly fruity, banana lemon, with wheat grassiness. Fairly prevalent orange notes on the tongue, followed by dry grassiness. The orange flavor is a little stronger than I would like, and the balance of everything seems a little off.

Bottle. Nose is sweet marshmallow fluff and orange, dough and wheat with heavily toasted grains. Pours clear, rich golden with a fizyy-soapy white head. That honey really comes through more in the mouth and it blends with good malt richness and depth (honey malt?); lightly sweet and with some lemon-lime, not much spice/coriander, very low bitterness, but good balance all around. Creamy medium body. Different than the usual, impressed!

Light--good for a hot summer day. Little foam and golden with an orange hue. Refreshing and light with hints of malt, bread, spice, and citrus.
