Our spiced California style Wit is both refreshing and complex. Brewed with wheat, coriander, California orange peel and local orange blossom honey. From the first sip to the last you’ll find subtle flavors of bread, spice, citrus and a thirst quenching orange honey finish.

The taste is overwhelmed by the bubbles. Either it’s too cold or they’re making it up about the smorgasbord of flavours that should be present, perhaps I left them in the bottle when I poured the first part. Disappointed much.

Unassuming wit with a typical lack of odor but a nice orange color with cloudiness. If provides a refreshing tinge of acidity with its orange flavor that leaves a pleasant taste in the tongue.

Heavy coriander and sweet mandarin dominate for both aroma and flavor, touch of honey but finish is quite dry and peppery. Lacks more complexity as wheat and hops are barely noticeable. Quite a disappointment for this usually solid brewery.

Beer Bloggers Conference - San Diego - Golden orange in color hazy with a thin head. Easy drinking it wit beer. Just average.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle. Cloudy yellow-orange pour with a not really any head. Light tangerine aromas and a hint of musty yeast. A bit muddled flavor wise with the citrus try to help out a yeasty, muddy base. Drinkable, but not one I would come back to.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Julio’s Liquors. This brew is spot on the commercial description. Aroma is honey, orange zest and wheat. The body is on the lighter side of medium with a sweet honey finish. The sweetness lingers for a bit. It displays a good amount of oranges and wheat. Nice and refreshing and really traveled well all the way across the country.

Draught at Churchkey. Clear light yellow. Aroma of oranges and sweaty feet. Taste is very acidic lemon, a bit unbalanced. No urge to try this one again.

Tap. Murky straw yellow. Great head and lacing. Lemony sweet nose. Full body. Tastes of satsuma, lemon, vanilla and Belgian yeast. Refreshing.

This cloudy gold beer has a banana Belgian aroma and a subtle hint of orange in the flavor. Great Belgian well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very good summer. Out the bottle cloudy and yellow ind color. A nice head that is tall and airy. Aroma is mostly honey and orange can’t go wrong there. A light to medium body beer with complex flavors but I think the orange blossom honey is the stand out. I could drink a lot of this one.
