Our spiced California style Wit is both refreshing and complex. Brewed with wheat, coriander, California orange peel and local orange blossom honey. From the first sip to the last you’ll find subtle flavors of bread, spice, citrus and a thirst quenching orange honey finish.

Lightly hazed golden pour with a white head. Sweet grain and wheat aromas, mild tartness, and a ton of orange peel. A little bit of grass and some honey. The flavor is heavy on the grain notes. A bit of honey, a lot of grass, and tons of orange peel. A hint of wheat, some bread sweetness, and perhaps a hint of spice.

Not bad after it warmed up. Pretty orangey but a little yeasty as well. I'm not a Wit beer fan. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Unclear medium orange. Lasting white head. Candied orange. Wheat. Semi creamy. Mild spice. A nice example of an uninteresting style.

Bottle - small foamy head, medium straw color, pretty balanced aroma and flavor, very mild general fruit (wouldn’t specifically say orange if I didn’t know before) aroma and flavor, slightly sweet wheat backbone, crisp finish, ok overall I guess

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Wheat, honey and marshmallow aromas. Thin and prickly with marshmallow and coriander front to back.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours a cloudy orange with a white head and some lacing. The aroma is big on orange with some wheat. The taste is the same. There wasn’t as much spice as expected. This was rather simple but very refreshing. The orange was prominent but not in a bad way.

This is almost more of an orange fruit beer than a wit. It’s cloudy and pretty well headless. The predominant flavor is something along the lines of orange marmelade along w/ a hint of lavender. This is medium bodied w/ a light prickle of carbonation. This one kind of grew on me, at first it seemed one dimensional but seemed to gain complexity when its warm.

Tap. Pours a mild gold with minimal head. A bit of orange flavor up front and then it evolves into a more typical wit with a spicy and wheaty finish. Decent overall
