Our spiced California style Wit is both refreshing and complex. Brewed with wheat, coriander, California orange peel and local orange blossom honey. From the first sip to the last you’ll find subtle flavors of bread, spice, citrus and a thirst quenching orange honey finish.

Pours a hazy golden yellow colour with a dissipating white head. Aroma has hints of orange with a lit spice but overall not too strong. Taste is mildly sweet with virtually no bitter presence. Light body, decent carbonation, and thinner on the palate. Overall a fairly average beer.

This beer was just a notch above a pale lager. Not much of an aroma of flavor present. Slight hints of wheat and orange zest. Very light bodied. Looks like a slightly cloudy pale lager. Very forgettable.

Tap at Burger Mania. Deep gold with a modest white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aromas of orange marmalade, honey and some floral notes. Taste is more of the same. Sweet orange juice. Not a wit and not very good. Didn’t get any coriander. Meh.

Pours whitish, nice foam. Aroma has a bit of wheat and citrus. Quite simple wheat ale taste. Orange coming through but quite subtle. Could be juicier if you ask me. Overall easydrinking and nice wit. Bit of coriander.

Perfumey aroma of wheat, orange, and coriander. Pours a hazy golden orange with lasting creamy white head. Citrusy orange flavor, wheat and cream. Like a creamsicle. Medium bodied, medium high CO2, creamy feel, bready orange finish. Enjoyable beer. Glorified blue moon. Could drink a few of these. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle. Citrus and bread in aroma. Orange gold with thin head. Tasting the orange, coriander and honey as advertised. Also wheat and a touch of yeast. Nice thirst quencher.

On tap at TNT Taisho opening party. L: pours a cloudy faint orange with a short-lasting head. S: a nice orange character in the nose. T: just not enough witbier qualities coming through, the wheat, spice, and banana I usually seek were barely there, mostly a honey-sweetened orange. F: easy to drink, but left little impression on the palate. Needed more carbonation. O: tasty, but in a way that a juice mixed up in a blender can be, not in the way a witbier can.
