COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Red Devil is a double dose of our "Mermaid's Red Ale. We simply doubled the ingredients (double the malt, double the hops) and created an award winning Ale. An incredibly balanced and smooth beer with a strong finish.

Draft at the brewery. Dark ruby color with a decent head. Hoppy aromas, but the flavor was more malty. Toasty and some fruit. Pretty good.

Drafted at cbc with Fordest. This beer pours a dark thick color. Nice mild hops, with maple and coffee flavors. At 10% this beer is a tasty frothy yumminess.

Tmoney99 (7301) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 26, 2007
Draft at CBC. Poured a clear dark brown with a moderate frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced sweet malt and floral hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This was better than my expectations.
