Draft. Golden beer with a big whitish head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light malt/cereal. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Piney, woodsy hops linger with grapefruit and light grassiness.

On tap at Prohibition for their usual let down "mystery keg". Hey guys, Maybe we should scale back the mystery keg to once a month instead of weekly so we can drink some good/rare stuff. Aroma was decent but lacking. Oranges and fresh hops were present. Taste was insanely bitter, with ash and pepper notes on the tip of the tongue. At 4%, a waste of my time.

Draft. Prohibition Taproom. Served in a pint glass. Clean golden appearance with one finger of fluffy foam white head. Aroma of fresh piney, grassy hops with a little citrus. The taste of hops also comes through but it is a very thin on malt most likely due to the low ABV. If you are a hophead this is a pretty solid session beer. A lot of hop flavor but not much else.

Draft. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has lovely notes of citrus and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay and hops, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

pours a clear, pale yellow with a small white head, and good lacing. smell is of lemon, floral, some orange peel, and a little bit of caramel. taste is of hops, some malt, grapefruit, orange peel, a little pine, and some caramel, ends a little dry, and nicely bitter. overall a very low alcohol at 3.9%, and it does not need it either.

Location: On tap at the Brewbup, as "Baby Idiot", 1/6/10

Aroma: Nose of orange, other citrus, pine, Belgian yeast
Appearance: Pours a hazy yellowish color
Flavor: Belgian malts, citrus, and some pine hop bitterness
Palate: Light body, highly drinkable/sessionable
Overall Impression: I was told by the waiter that the brewer had modified the recipe for this beer, and this appears to be the case. I think they have modified it to use Belgian yeast, so it feels almost like the American West Coast take on the Belgian IPA style. While they are still calling it an APA, it is definitely a Belgian inspired version.

Growler from the brewery. Very light straw hue, thin ring of white head persists, slightly translucent. Nose is strong hop scents of pine and light citrus with some bready malts. Flavor is initially dominated by pale malts and bitter chalky pine resin, transitions to slight bready and biscuit malts, hints of grass and oranges/lemons, finishes slightly bitter. Light-medium body, watery thin texture, modest carbonation. A superb pale ale with big malt and hop flavors, balanced with a low abv, well in the session range.

Growler from Snojerk321. Thanks. This was a really nice lower alcohol session beer in my opinion. Gotta love flavorful session ales. This one has a pungent hoppy nose with a good dose of citrus, pine, and floral notes. There is a hint of biscuit as well. Pours light golden with a little chill haze and a good whispy head. Nice and hoppy from start to finish as it moves through citrus and pine, a little earth, floral hoppy notes, and a hint of grass. All on top of a biscuity/bready light malt backbone. Light and easy to quaff. Really solid.

On tap at the Pizza Port Session Ale Fest. Pours with a clear golden body and a creamy white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, grass and dank, spicy, fresh hop combs. Taste is dry with light wheat, biscuit notes, and lingering grassy bitterness. Dry and fizzy.
