Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of ginger, chamomile, toasted malts, citrus fruits, and cardamom. Taste of ginger, honeyed fruit, citrus fruits, yeast, and more cardamom. A bit sweet and artificially spicy to be anywhere near a good saison.

Hazy ligfht amber color with fleeting ivory foam. Big ginger, chamomile, mint, cinnamon aromas. Medium bodied. Spicy ginger, floral, minty sweet flavors with a honey biscuit base brew--nice spicy herbal brew

Bottle. Cloudy golden yellow color, small white head. Aroma of white pepper and straw. Taste is bitter lemon soda and white bread dough. Not bad.

Cloudy golden pour thick off white head lots of sticky lacing .... aroma is sweet sugary and of fruity yeast ..... taste is fruity yeast with hardly any saison bite just mostly dominated by sugar and fruity seasonings ... a disappointment abv hidden well but the spicy kick isn’t really found ... finishes dry and sweet

Draught at Galbraiths Alehouse (New Zealand). The ginger really dominates the senses, touches of pepper as well.

A: The beer pours a fairly clear golden orange color with a tall, soapy white head. S: This thing smells almost entirely of sage, ginger, and green peppercorn. Almost medicinal herbal notes with perhaps even a touch of eucalyptus. A light bread and malt sweetness, a bit of yeast. T: Just way too much spice. Lots of cinnamon, ginger, and pepper. A moderate malt and bread sweetness, perhaps a touch of yeast. Just a light fruit flavor and sweetness. M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. O: Way too much spice and herbal character, it was just unpleasant.

Golden small creamy off-white head. Yeast + (Wheat?) notes, very spicy ginger-pepper. Bready yeast and ginger. Light-medium body. Quick bitter finish. Pros: not sweet Cons: too spicy and not complex.

Tallahassee, Fl - Liquor Loft - 22 oz bomber. Pours a nice a murky light orange with a sticky snow white head that leave a nice film of lacing. Fresh floral aroma with light hints of banana and heavy doses of yeast. Flavor is spice oriented with some saffron and light ginger notes, a big dollop of yeast, some faint citrus notes. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing. Overall, an odd combination and not as easy drinking and refreshing as I like my Saisons.

Bomber from Liquor Loft. Aroma is yeast, lemon and ginger. Taste has lots of ginger, coriander, spruce and clove with light fruity lemon, orange, pepper and belgian bready yeast sweetness. Everything mashed together a bit. Herbal, dry and slightly metallic in the finish. Not unpleasant - just muddled.

8/26/11. 22oz bomber. Very cloudy orange pour with a frothy off-white head that lasts forever and laces a little bit. Very faint aroma with orange peel, barely a touch of yeast, and cereal grains. Very odd flavor with some orange and grain, but the chamomile pops huge and makes the flavor bitter and floral. Odd.

Pour is a deep copper with a tiny white head. Literally smells like honey nut cheerios with milk. Taste like peanuts. Not good peanuts. How the F is this a saison?
