COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe hops unite to produce an immensely floral, botanical nose and a veritable explosion of citrus and pine on the palate. With an even more obscene hop overload than our infamous Idiot IPA, itís an India Pale Ale truly deserving of its imperial crown.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear amber with light head. Aromas of fruit candy, oranges and light pine and grass. Flavors of dried fruit, resin, pine and toasted malts. Very nice.

Clean and bitter with a full spectrum of hop aromas and flavors. Lots of caramel on the malt, and a nice array of fruit, spice, floral and grassy elements. Finishes pretty clean and moves well over the palate.

Bottle to pint glass Light lemon, spruce, wheat, and pine. Light yellowish amber with a creamy thin white head and moderate lacing. Taste is pine, lemon, and lots of lemon.

Caramel, bready, grainy, slightly citric, grapefruity, but where is the Sock knocking hop punch? Amber colour, white head, sweet and lightly bitter flavour, medium body, short finish. Doneringar wrong With My bottle?

Draft at Good Dog. Tulip. Hazy yellow gold pour. Full head with a good showing of lace. Well carbonated. Big grassy fragrant hops though it feels a bit like a Strong Ale. French Toast with honey. Medium-light vanilla caramels. Dandelion. Meyer lemons. Sugar cane. Corn husks. Celery hearts. Green bananas. Pineapple cores. Croissants. Fresh oak. Parsley. Solid flavors but not much aroma. Does not feel like an Imperial IPA to me.

Very nice IIPA on draft at the Fairways in Limerick. Golden pour with a minimal off-white head. The head did lace around the snifter glass, leaving behind some nice layers of sticky, aroma-filled foam. The nose featured plenty of resin, hops, flowery goodness and woody tones. The body and flavors were strong, with a full-on assault of hops and resin. Also included, for good measure and balance, were woody tones, sweet malts and hints of citrus.

This didnít have much aroma. A strong bitter flavor that sustains. Not my favorite but decent

Bottle. Pours bright golden with an impressive pile of rolling foam. The aroma is leafy and earthen, yet bright. This drinks with a distinct hop character and is pleasant enough, but it lacks any real ípop.í The flavor just kinda falls flat, especially when compared to the increasingly crowded field of really good, hoppy American ales. Aroma: Cereal, Subtle floral pine Appearance: Thin white head, clean yellow colour Taste: Tenderly sweet malts, medium hop-bitter Palate: Medium light body, a little oily texture, soft carbonation and long floral bitter finish of hop-flavour Overall: Itís like an IPA so mild, just 8.5% ABV

Bomber shared by Dave, thanks! Pours pale yellow gold with a white head. aroma is dank, biscuit, grass. Taste is honey, grassy hop. Donít know if this was an old bottle, but it just didnít do it for me.
