Poured from a 22 ounce bomber, thanks to Mike. The aroma is fudge brownie, caramel, sweet cream. I found this very tasty.

Pours super dark brown with orange highlights and a tiny tan head. The smell is roasted malt, licorice, molasses and slight smoke. Taste is roasted malt, char, wood, molasses and licorice. Medium/full body with soft carbonation.

Bomber, labeled as "Stupid Stout" and 9.0% abv. Pours a viscous black with a tan head. Aromas of burnt chocolate malt, coffee, some roast. Taste is bitter and semi dry. Flavors of chewy chocolate bar, powdery cocoa and roasted barley. Bitter. Thick. Finishes semi dry with a colon cleanse burn. Decent, not great.

22 ounce bottle purchased at Corti Brothers. The aroma on this is rather grainy, sweet, and very wort-like. Fairly toasty, without much else. Kind of disappointing for an imperial stout. Rather transparent mahogany body with a purplish-red hue present. Medium, tan head that dissipates at a regular rate. Starts sweet, sticky, and sugary. Becomes a bit slick and buttery with a hefty dose of diacetyl. Roastiness is present later on. A little chocolate, too. All in all, this is just a sticky butter bomb.

On tap at Avery Strong Ale Fest poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lasting brown head. Aromas of cocoa, caramel and light coffee. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of cocoa, caramel, earthiness and light roastiness with a smooth dry lingering cocoa finish.

Deep brown with a short tan head. Strong dark chocolate aroma, some fruitiness. Taste is medium bitter, alcohol very well hidden, some chocolate and smoke. Nice stuff

I like this one. Smooth. Not particularly complex, but for the ABV, incredibly drinkable. Slightly but not crazy sweet. Don’t think about it too hard and it’s wonderful.

On tap. Pours a very dark reddish brown with light tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate powder and roasted malts. Flavors of black coffee, ash, and bitter chocolate. Dry. ABV well covered,

Shared by Maek at a dark beer tasting, it poured a dark black with a brown head. The aroma was nutty, bitter chocolate with some coffee & umami notes. A med-full body gave me roasty coffee plus chocolate flavors with some umami savouriness. Not bad but probably the most standard stout of the night.

Pours almost black with a creamy, tan head. Slight lacing. Nose is malty with yeast notes and a hint of chocolate. Taste is on the edge between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Well balanced. Medium body, lively carbonation, slightly astringent finish. Good brew.
