Oily black brew that has all the hints cocoa, coffee, and licorice you’d expect of the style. Well balanced - but not as good as many contemporaries (in my book at least).

4oz on tap at Brass Tap Cincinnati. Awesome heavy roast, dark chocolate, coffee up front... Bigger body. Smooth, chewy velvety texture. Dark fruit. Big dark chocolate, love that aspect. Bigger bitterness. Moderate sweet. Dark chocolate. Thin layer of brown head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Tasty stuff. Nice mocha, dark chocolate, and moderate to bigger roast flavors on this guy. I dig it.
