Bottle, 33cL. Home. A brown-orange earthy beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention ; good lacing. Quince, caramel, citrus, herb, light resin, roast. Light sweet, medium to heavy dry bitter ; quite refreshing ; acid note. Medium body, silky texture, average carbonation, fruity bitter dry refreshing finish. Overall, a pleasant fruity bitter dry correzian ale ; unbalanced, maybe too dry ; definitely lack of gentian to be genuinely correzian :)

33cl bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a foamy white head. Sweet aroma of fruits, almost a saison yeast smell, needs more hops. Some hops in the taste but not overwhelming, malts, bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Enjoyable beer.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange with a disappearing white head. Not very bitter and not that much on the fruit more of a pale ale than an IPA

33cl. Bottle.
Pours hazy light orange with white head.
Aroma bread, little floral, caramel, grass.
Taste fresh grassy bitter, caramel sweets.
Mouthfeel thin.
Not sure if this is an IPA, more a good pale ale.

Bottle 33cl a cloudy copper beer with huge head. Nose is floral with lemon notes. Aroma is grainy, sweet like, yeast notes and sweet caramel. Relative bitterness, on grassy hops and yellow fruit touch, spicy finish. Quite bitter, fruit astringency, orange peel and zest, yeast finish.

Cloudy dark golden body with quickly diminishing grey head. Clearly meant to be hop forward, but the aroma of fermented fruit, sweaty malts and and humous leave more of a bière de garde feel for me than an ipa. Suits me well though. Carbonation is lively, diminishing the taste a bit, especially the malty body. What’s left is a bitter, nee, astringent profile with dry, even watery aftertaste. Bit disappointed by this one. Aroma started out well yet odd, but the flavour does not deliver what it should. Needs to get the carbonation under control (although no gusher here) and it will already be much better. (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. Bold orange body with soapy medium head. Nose is sweet, floral, honey, citrus. Taste is hops, butter, citrus, coriander, grapefruit. Smooth, creamy texture. Pretty good with a silky finish.

Cloudy gold beer, huge fluffy white head. Lagerish nose. Light dry palate. Dry but creamy malt, a little nutty. Touch of sourness. Light orange hop in the dry effervescent finish. Possibly has a mild infection. Too dry and frothy.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris; lot 1201, bb June 2013 (2 months old)
Hazy blond color with an orange shade; medium head, controlled carbonation. The aroma is quite anonymous. The flavor is dry, some malt, but also a sharp yeasty and metallic note; it has a quite strong bitterness, with some dry hop resins and very light fruitiness from the hops.
Drinkable, but too much affected by the yeast character, like many old style French beers.

Gusher alert! Unclear yellow/brown colour, big fluffy, lacing head. Smells orange peel, pils, malty. Tastes like a blond beer, unfresh. Great carbo, okay body.
