COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Josh's translation of the Spanish description: Blonde, this is a hoppy beer with a dry flavour. It is made with 100% Argentine pilsner malt. There is a third fermentation in the bottle. The presentation is turbid, and sedimented, which is normal when the beer is not filtered or pasteurized.

Pours a clear light amber color. Medium white head that shows medium retention and leaves a small lacing. Aroma is malty with slight herbal hops. Nice notes of honey and fruity esters of apricots, pears and apples. Fresh and crisp with the addition of some nougat smell in the back. Flavor is bittersweet, combining fruity notes with some nutty hints. Apples, peaches, vanilla, grapes and honey roasted nuts are present. Maybe the taste is a little diluted in a watery texture. Body is medium, highly carbonated as all the beers of the brewer. Maybe it has to do with the bottle conditioning. Very refreshing and quaffable. Ending has an alcoholic kick. It leaves a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Pretty good.

Bottle: Bottle: Interesting to find a micro that successfully produces several styles in a country dominated by their wine culture and where beer is defined by the awful mass commercial Quilmes. A good choice to get a decent and refreshing beer from Argentina.
