3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle, served in trappist chalice. Poured a cloudy golden amber with a one finger white head. Aromas of flowers, grass, citrus, caramel. Taste: pretty much a continuation of the aroma, medium body with a nice bittersweet finish. Overall not a bad brew, very hoppy tripel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From Backlog - Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden amber pour with white head. Fruity and light malty aroma and taste, light caramel sweetness, citric lemon flavour, yeasty, grassy and floral nuances going on, citric spice towards the finish. Nice.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Great Grog. Hazy amber body with a thin white head that quickly fades. Lively carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of sea salt, crackers and herbs. Flavour of lemon, pithy orange and a hint of spice. Dry finish. Medium body with a spritzy texture. Very fizzy. Quite Prosecco-like in its crispness.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A three very correct subtle to the mass. A quality beer made good job, good for most people. But I like beer more depth and more forceful.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Juustukuningad in Tallinn (€ 3). BB 01.10.18. Pours a paleish golden colour with a big fluffy white head leaving a bit of lace and retaining nicely. The aroma is startling at first... I would have said sour even, but as it warms for a couple minutes, I’d rather say floral, spicy, fruity, perfumey... Not too intense, but pungent. Underneath it all I get vanilla biscuits with cinnamon, plus dough. Tastes as I’d expect from the aroma: a bit bitter, more sour, even more sweet - citric, yeasty, wheaty-doughy. Crisp carbonation, lightish on the palate, dryish bitter in the finish. An interesting Tripel - would love to try a more fresh example.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

A great beer. Rich and full taste, with a dark and bitter aftertaste. Some citrus hints here and there.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had it from draft. Pours clear blond, lots of carbonation, rock steady head, aroma of citrus, fruits, floral (maybe Saaz hops?). Nice medium body with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Overall I really liked it
