COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Aroma of fruity hops and perfume. Taste is slightly hoppy, citrus, mild bitterness, very crisp, but unfortunately a beer past its expiration date. Will have to try again.

Bottle from Fyne Wines, Argyll. Slightly hazy (almost clear) light gold colour; Good head from pour but thins quickly. Malty cereal aromas with notes of dried herbs, citrus and coriander seed. Much more malty than other tripels with very delicate spice notes and the alcohol quite noticeable. Balanced, but not very giving.

25.4 oz bottle. Pours very effervescent, huge white bubbly head. A slightly hazy gold. Floral, white wine aroma, some lemon. Tingly but smooth mouthfeel. Doughy and spicy, citrus and easily drinkable. But not as great as I’d hoped.

ressemble à une blanche en aromatique, avec une amertume plus longue en bouche, note d’épices et de citrus (en avant, disparaît rapidement), agréable à 10°C

Bottle 33cl. Dark yellow with a sturdy white top. Co2 keeps the beer alive in the glass. Dry bitter aftertaste. Not too complex and easily drinkable.
