On keg at The Cambridge Blue, 16/02/13, during their winter beer fest. Slightly hazy gold. Good white head, fine bubbles. Mid-high carb. Aroma - Dry, Belgian yeast, dry pale malt, spices, lemon peel. Taste - Lightly dry, tangy, blonde spices, wheaty malt, some slight candy sweetness & sweet lemon. Weird mix of dry malt & sweet flavours. Fizzy, bit tangy palate. Lightly sweet aftertaste, with tangy spice & lemon.

Bierchen mit McTapps geteilt und schon nach wenigen Sekunden zerstört. Süffig, mit einer typisch belgischen Hefefront in der Nase. Etwas zu viel Kohlensäure, dafür aber ein hefig-süßes, total süffiges Erlebnis, für das es mal wieder Zeit war. Typisch belgisch und außer den darauf folgenden Bäuerchen nur positiv zu sehen !

Milky light orange colour with low but steady head and smooth body. Very gentle nose of Belgian yeast. Taste of mild spicy yeast, orange peel, thyme and mild hops. Very easy to drink. Didn’t know that it was a Triple while drinking it and thought of it as a typical Witbier with maybe 4,5% alc and was really surprised reading the real facts here. For a Triple it is way to weak and thin in my opinion...

Bottle 33 cl from Boissons Center - Montagny (CH). Golden blonde with a nice foam forming laces, nervous crackling. Hopped aromas, fruity, orange and zest, stone fruits, yeast. The taste is silky but lively, sweet with a nice bitterness, crisp but powerfull, with toffy and spices, yeast top of the range. A beer perfectly balanced, aromatic and delicate.

Perfecte schuimkraag. Licht troebele kleur. Heerlijke hoeveelheid koolzuur. Prettige nasmaak (citrussmaak). Ondanks 7,5% alcohol geringe alcoholsmaak.

Draft at Farmers Cabinet. Slightly hazy pale gold pour. Strong white head that reduces to lingering wisps of foam. Smooth sweet amber. Pretty mild for a Trippel but pleasantly fragrant and complex. Hint of cloves and juicy fruit in the background, suggesting a wheat beer base. In balance much better than anticipated though stylewise does not feel like a proper Belgium Trippel. More like a fluffed up Saison.

Pours golden with high white frizzy head
Nice sweet fruityness, belgian yeast, flowery aromas
High carbonation, medium bodied, low bitterness. Nice and sweet.
Apples, sweet fruits, belgian yeast. Very nice, fresh tripel!

Appelsap helder met dikke witte schuimkraag. Geur is fruitig, citrus, appel en hop. Smaak is bloemig met hinten van abrikoos, brood, citrus, hop en suiker. Begint citrusbitter, vervolgens zoet en eindigt licht zuur. Voelt wat dikkig/olieig aan.
