It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

0.33 bottle. A little hazy, amber color and a big, off white head. Sweet aroma of hops, citruses, and spices. Taste is fruity, again citruses, spices, and sour notes feature prominently. Medium body, thin/slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is medium long and even sourer than the rest. Overall the beer is good but just like the description says somewhat dry; could be improved.

Aroma: hoppy and yeasty with some fresh floral grassy notes. Appearance: hazy, light golden with a two finger, soapy head. Taste: malty sweet with a nice amount of carbonation. Yeasty-breast aftertaste. Some nice spice taste as it warms in the mouth. Overall: very enjoyable Belgian triple. Quite easy to drink, especially given the style with nice balance, leaning toward malt/spice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle. I don’t like this types of beer. They are too alcoholic for the quite thin body and there is sometimes too much taste after the sweetness. It has the same just some hop you can feel at the end, maybe some citric for the special yeast and the clear malt. Foam is very bubbling but not long lasting. There were some opal element in the colour.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is a bit vague but has notes of malt, grain, biscuits, apples, lemon, milk, chalk, cloves. Taste is light acidic, light bitter and light sweet. Body is watery to light syrupy with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with notes of lemon, malt, cloves, chalk and melon. A bit disappointing.

Clear yellow - gold color, with huge white head. Fresh, fruity, yeast, a bit sour aroma. Taste is fresh, smooth. Notes of fruits, yeasts, malts, a little wild. Warming finish. Full/medium body with medium carbonation. Good Tripel.

Pours clear gold with huge head. Intense magnificent citrus aroma with a bit of caramel and freshly cut flowers. Taste is very fruity, lemons, oranges, mild sweetness, a bit of spice, a bit of alcohol - all perfectly balanced. Wonderful tripel and a personal favourite.

From bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a big white head that lasts. Floral aroma. Taste is floral, lightly sweet, not much bitterness. Nice medium mouthfeel. Lasting carbonation. Very nice.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2014 Pours a long, creamy, and discreet lasting, nice head; colour is a dark golden/orange, and quite clear. Smells typical belgian tripel: malts, bread, yeasts and a little touch of hops (floral) . Taste is well balanced and delicate: malts, yeasts and a little spices with a very little hoppy, equilibrated and delicate finish; quite lively carbonation, very refreshing. Overall, a pleasent, balanced and light/medium bodied tripel

Pours clear golden with medium white head. Nose is yeast/fruits. Aromas are mainly citrus and some spice. Some unpleasant acidity. Fnish is a bit overwhelmed by alcohol and un-aromatic bitterness according to me.
