COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

330ml brown bottle. Pale gold colour. Compact white head, creamy texture, slightly rock, settles to a very fine white layer on the surface. Slight haze with some suspended yeast floaties. Aroma has clove and lemon notes with trace vanilla. Flavour has vanilla, fruity malt, bit of citrus hop flavour in the finish, failry dry. Fine carbonation, light mouthfeel.

Sample at Systembolaget. Dark golden with a white head. On the sweet side with apricot, light spices, malt, toffee. The bitterness was low and the body light. An ok one.

Pours hazy pale gold with two fingers of fluffy white head, good retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is coriander, banana, lemon zest, Belgian yeast, honey. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, mild bitter. (8/10) Medium to light bodied, prickly carbonation, dry crisp finish. (4/5) Really good abbey triple, with nice Belgian character and a crisp dry mouthfeel, and absolutely no indication of the fairly beefy ABV coming through in the nose or on the tongue - this really is the way I like my tripels. And it cost a euro and a half, in a grocery store. Why is it that I don’t I live in Belgium, again? (16/20)

Gold, a bit cloudy, with a full and stable head. Aroma of coriander seeds, honey, spices and some notes of yeast in the background. Sweetish taste, again honey, caramel, a bit of fruits. Well balanced full body, fizzy and sweet finish.

Clean pale golden color, huge white head. Aroma of malt, sour fruits, grass, hops, spices. Dry taste with bitter hoppy finish and spicy aftertaste. Thin body and fizzy carbonation. Nice refreshing Belgian ale.

Poured from a bottle, San Diego. This one sat in a hot car for a couple of months. Strong earthy aroma of citrus and yeast. Light amber color with a moderate, quickly dissipating head. Light flavor with a nice bite. Very pleasant aftertaste that is surprisingly rich. This beer is extremely dank, it is like an eruption of laser fireworks from heaven in your mouth. An incredibly well-balanced beer, there is simply nothing I would change about it, it is instantly one of my favorites and deserving of my top 20.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour, thin fizzy white head. Citrus and yeast aroma, some spice. Long fruity flavour. Medium body, very effervescent.

1 pint bottle, pours hazy orange, big fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus, coriander, fruity spice, other light fruits, some low-level yeast funk. Taste is medium sweet, low-medium bitter, light spice. Soft palate, medium body. Alcohol is completely hidden by the good balance of this brew. A nice tripel. Very enjoyable.

Like the pater, I find this beer quite sour and not very tasty. Not very bitter either.
